Universal forces Privacy Policy
Universal Forces is committed to protecting and respecting our clients privacy.
We do not ask for more information that is absolutely required, and we do
not allow anyone who does not need to see your details to access our database.
We certainly will not sell or give out any private information to third parties,
unless it is required as part of carrying out services as requested by
our clients.
Warrantees
All of our products are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty covering defects to materials and manufacture.
Pricing and GST
All of our product pricing includes 10% GST as required by Australian Taxation Law.
Payments
Once you have selected your products for purchase in your shopping cart
press the "check out" button to be transfered to our ssl secure
online server where all of your details can be entered safely.
Secure ssl protocol can be identified by the "https://" prefix in the address
bar.
Return Policy
If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may request a return via email. No product will be accepted back, for any reason, without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. A RMA number can be obtained up to 30 days from the date of invoice.

Products which are received in defective or damaged condition must be returned within 30 days along with all original packaging, inclusions and documentation. Damage returns will be replaced once received.
Exceptions
No returns will be accepted for the following products:
Personal hygiene care items, such as Thermotherapy Probes, Breast Electrodes
and Thermometers.
Consumable items such as Electrode Gel where containers have been unsealed.
Any item that is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing
parts.
